RETURN POLICY
Once the order is placed at the factory, no further modifications can be made.
The buyer is obligated to receive the products within the timeframe previously communicated by the seller. If the buyer does not accept the reception of the products under the specified conditions, they will incur a storage fee of 2% per day of the total order value.
Return
According to the provisions of OUG no. 34/2014, the Buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, bearing the return shipping costs.
The Client is informed that if the products being returned show signs of wear, scratches, dents, mechanical shocks, or electrical damage, or if accessories are missing, the Seller reserves the right to decide whether to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the product’s value, which will be communicated after assessing the damages incurred. In the case of exercising the legal right to return the product, the reimbursement of its value will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the return request date, subject to the quantitative and qualitative reception of the return, according to this policy, using the same payment method.
The Client bears only the direct costs related to the return of the products. The Client is responsible only for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Products ordered specially are exempt from the right of return, including products made according to the specifications and instructions of the Buyer or uniquely customized (colour, size, etc.), products that can deteriorate or degrade rapidly, and products that are part of an assembly and cannot, by their nature, be separated from the other component elements. The Client is informed that products ordered in-store/online with personal pickup/specially ordered do NOT HAVE A RIGHT OF RETURN.
According to the provisions of the same Ordinance, if the Buyer returns the Product in a condition that diminishes its value, the Seller has the right to assess this decrease and to proportionally deduct this amount from the sum refunded to the Buyer.
The Seller will refund the amount paid by the Buyer within a maximum of 14 days from the date of notification by the Buyer to Intermobili regarding their decision to withdraw from the Contract. The amount will be refunded to the Buyer by returning it to the bank account indicated in the return request. In the case of online payment, the money will be returned to the account from which the payment was made. The refund to the Buyer following their exercise of the right to withdraw from the Contract may be delayed until the Seller confirms receipt of the goods.
If the dimensions of the furniture are provided by the Buyer, they assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided to the Seller. They are also responsible for their choices regarding the colours or materials of the purchased furniture.
If deficiencies in the products are found as a result of the Buyer’s intervention for various assembly purposes, the furniture loses the warranty provided by the Seller, who is exempt from any obligation.
To benefit from the warranty, the Buyer must use and maintain the purchased products properly.
The Buyer agrees that products made from melamine chipboard, acrylic, fabrics, artificial leather, and veneer cannot be manufactured identically in terms of colour shades on different surfaces and the apparent characteristics of the material. These cannot be considered quality defects.
The Buyer declares that they have been correctly, completely, and accurately informed by the Seller about the price, characteristics of the purchased products, warranty period, average lifespan of the products, and the main technical and qualitative characteristics.
